TIBOR GASSER, partner
Tibor is GAMMA Properties’ founding partner. He oversees GAMMA’s and also the portfolio’s buildings’ financial planning and management. Tibor has nearly 11 years of experience as Head of Finance of property development and asset managmenet companies. He has overseen the financial management and controlling of several property development projects and property acquisitions.

DÁNIEL SERMER, leasing director
Dániel has 10 years of experience on the real estate market, out of which he spent more than six years at an agency (JLL). In the recent years he works in the property development, asset management sector. During the last years his responsibility included the leasing activity of nearly 120.000 sqm and under his direction the ratio of the unleased areas dropped to 6%. He has excellent professional connections with numerous international real estate agencies and also maintains good relations with smaller, independent Hungarian ones.
